The Instrument would consists of following parts:-
Electrically Operated Hydraulic Pump With Pressure Gauge Fitted With Pump, Reaction frame suitable for 3No. 150 mm dia X 300mm long cylinder sample, load gauge.
Reaction frame :- consisting of Upper and Lower jack plates and upper & lower loading plates bearing on the ends of the loaded specimen, load maintaining elements(springs), threaded rods and nuts to take the reaction of loaded system.
Pumping Unit:- Motorized pump unit of 1000KN housed in an elegant cabinet and of two speed design driven by an electric motor . The Motor be supplied with ON /OFF switch push button, slow fast lever supplied with a knob.
Hydraulic Jack:- consisting of cylinder and piston , lifting the handle would be provided with cylindrical body, with inlet nozzle fixed for coupling with the connecting pipe with Teflon seal provided on the hydraulic jack to prevent leakage of the oil under pressure.
Load Gauge :- The load indicated on 20cm dial load gauge 1000KN capacity.

The mixer would is designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of EN 196. The mixing paddle would have a planetary motion and be driven by a motor with a microprocessor based speed and program controller. The mixer would be operated either in an automatic or manual mode. When the mixer is used in the manual mode, the two mixing speeds can be changed by means of a soft touch button, without switching off the motor. In the automatic mode any one of the pre-set mixing programmes may be selected.
