BUBBLE CAP DISTILLATION COLUMN SETUP

Distillation Column of Diameter 110 mm with seven plates should be provided with bubble cap and shell & tube type condenser made of stainless steel 304 Grade and reflux divider with special arrangement to change R/D ratio automatically. 
Steam generator stainless steel 304 Grade, insulated with ceramic wool cladded with aluminum foil and fitted with pressure gauge, level indicator, safety valve, drain and Nichrome wire heater digitally controlled by PID controller 0-199.9°C. 
Distillate tank and bottom product tank made of stainless steel 304 Grade, capacity 5 litre (each). 
Flow rate of cold water measured by Rotameter. 
Temperature Sensors RTD PT-100 type with digital Temperature Indicator: 0-199.9 °C, with multi-channel switch. 
The whole set-up well designed and arranged on a rigid structure painted with industrial PU Paint. 
Accessories required for analysis like Refractometer (eg: handheld Refractometer) included with the setup.
