Double grinding & polishing discs.
Six pieces Φ30mm samples can be grinded and polished simultaneously.
Both grinding disc and polishing head adopt stepless speed control, and the rotating direction of grinding disc can be shifted.
Electric central force holding, fix the sample and then it can complete the whole process of grinding and polishing, and this can ensure the plane parallelism of sample.
The loading force can be adjusted during running process.
Working time presetting
Quick exchanging disc. The working disc can be changed and replaced swiftly.

MUFFLE FURNACE 
Outer shell made out of thick mild steel duly finished in attractive stoving enamel paint. Fitted with grooved refractory for supporting the heating elements made out of kanthal wire and are easily replaceable. Maximum temp 1000°C with working temp. 940°C controlled by SUNVIC energy regulator. Complete with indicators, pyrometer, thermocouple – thermal fuse etc. workable on 220V AC 50Hz single phase.

 DESCRIPTION
The Press has unique wedge design helps specimen clamping, perfectly parallel to the grinding disc ensures uniform lapping/grinding. The Press method for ensuring that the metal surface is exactly perpendicular to the optical axis of the microscope.
