CO2 INCUBATOR/ CARBONATION TEST CHAMBER
TECHNICAL DETAIL
The Chamber shall be fabricated with high standard, high quality of finish, which matches the performance with emphasis on reliability and economy of use. The use of the most up to date Eurotherm 2604 programmable PID Controller, Rotronics Temperature Humidity Probe, aSENSE CO2 Transmitter, shall make it Corrosion Free MS Powder Coated Exterior to enhance any test facility.
Internal dimensions: 600mm X 600mm X 600mm ; Volume : 210 Ltrs. Temperature Range:+10 OC to +60OC,
Temperature Measurement Accuracy : +/- 0.1 OC
Temperature Control Accuracy : with in +/- 1 OC after stabilization Humidity Range (RH) : 40% to 95% RH, ± 2% in standard temp range, limited to a dew point of 4degC. ( Refer Graph provided at the last ) Humidity Measurement Accuracy : +/- 1% RH
Humidity accuracy at control point during the dwell after stabilization within

Humidifier system : Air Atomizers for Humidification, Warm water vapor generator,
complete with blowing system, heating and over-heat safety system. Rotronics Direct measurement Platinum Resistance type sensors shall used for the measurement and control of the Humidity
Air Compressor with refrigerated drier provided with the equipment will
produce precise humidity control and low temperature, low humidity
environments in the chamber.
CO2 Purging and Control System : A CO2 purging valve assembly is provided for the purging of CO2 inside the chamber. aSENSE CO2 Transmitter detects the CO2 level in the air (0-10% Concentration) and gives a 4-20mA output to control the opening and closing of the purging valve, to maintain the set concentration level. Spec. of CO2 Transmitter and Controller attached in the proposal Double Stage Chrome Plated Brass regulator with Pre- heater for CO2 Cylinder will provide smooth purging of CO2 in the Chamber. (C02 Cylinder will be in Buyer Scope )
Heating System: Inconel sheathed type evenly spaced in the annular space surrounding the
working volume.
Refrigeration Unit: Single Stage Copeland/Danfoss make Air Cooled Condenser System, complete with Compressor, Condensing unit, and CFC free refrigeration gas will be used
Finish: 18SWG MS Powder Coated Exterior Finish and 16SWG SS304 Interior with
Full TIG Welding for Vapor Tight Finish.
Door Assembly and Viewing window : Door System with full front opening type, compensating hinges with locking mechanism. Incorporated in the centre is the 400 X 400mm 5 Pane viewing window, with the whole being insulated with non-flammable Rock-wool and with an exterior finish, matching the main cladding.
Viewing window will be provided with light. Interlock protection will be provided for opening of door.
Insulation : Non-flammable 96Kg/m3 Density Rock wool 100 mm thick
Fan system : High performance externally mounted, flange-mounted motor drives internal fan through extended stainless steel shaft.
Controller system : The Eurotherm 2604 high performance Multi Loop PID Controller or equivalent shall be used. Over and under temperature indicator shall be of standard make.
Main Features of the controller shall be

•Dual 7-segment display (5 digit) of the process value and set point
•Advanced control algorithm gives stable straight line control. Automatic tuning simplifies the commissioning procedure by performing a one shot tune to calculate the optimum PID and cutback valves for each loop and further optimize each control loop, gain scheduling can be used to automatically transfer control between up to three sets of PID values.
•Incorporates a self-correcting input circuit (INSTANT ACCURACY) to preserve & maximize the accuracy, performance during warm up and change in ambient temperature.
Display : The Eurotherm Controller will show measured variable and set value
in OC, and humidity in % RH and CO2 in % Concentration
Construction : The chamber will be manufactured from high quality materials and standard components. The chamber will be fabricated from 18SWG MS. Powder Coated Material on the outside with a 16SWG SS304 bright interior. The stainless steel work is rigidised with mild steel sub frame.

•Noise Level of the chamber shall be with in 70dBA measured at 1Mtr distance

AUTO CLAVE
TECHNICAL DETAIL 
The Vertical Autoclave would have Chamber Capacity of 53ltr / Size :350x550mm
The chamber of Vertical Autoclave would be manufactured as per ASME standards.
The Vertical Autoclave would work on the domestic power supply of : 230 V AC, 50 HZ, Single phase.
The units internal chamber, cover lid and all wetted parts would be fabricated from stainless steel of 304 grade.
The Vertical Autoclave’s all joints would be smooth finished for crevice free internals.
The chamber  hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times of its working pressure.
The outer body would be made up of MS sheet with heat cured epoxy coating on both sides.
The lid equipped with single lever lock mechanism and lever handle moulded from industrial plastic.
The lid with auto purge cum vacuum breaker valve and a manually operable valve for exhaust.
The unit would have a solenoid valve for auto purging of air & normal exhaust.
The Vertical Autoclave would have stainless steel pressure gauge with dual range dial display in KPA and PSI along with a co-related temperature scale for steam in degrees Celsius.
The operations of the unit would be controlled by a microprocessor based controller.
The user would be able to set the temperature up to 122oC in steps of 0.1oC each.
The user would be able to set the Sterilization hold time in steps of 1 minutes each.
The timer range would be up to 95 mins.
In case of abrupt power failure / switching off, the Last Cycle which was set would remain in the memory.
The display for the parameters would be Two line Alpha-Numeric digital display.
The unit would be equipped with Low Water Detection unit and would give Audio- Visual alarm in case of Low Water in the chamber and cut off the supply to the heater.
The unit safety valve to protect the equipment in case of over pressurisation.
The Lid equipped with pressure interlock device. Also the heater would not start if the Lid is open.
The unit  with safety cut-out for high temperature.
The unit would give indication by audio-visual alarm on completion of set autoclave cycle.
The electrical safety would be ensured by inbuilt MCB.
The unit mounted on 04 Nos. PU coated castors out of which atleast 2 would have locking mechanism
The Vertical Autoclave CE certified.

UNIVERSAL AUTOMATIC COMPACTER
 

DESCRIPTION

Universal Automatic Compactor with Mild Steel compaction mould as per IS Ref Standard IS:2720 (Part 7 & 8) Motor driven mechanical compactor, useful for soil compaction in 100 mm or 150 mm dia moulds. Rammer - Circular faced 50mm dia adjustable to 2.6kg or 4.9kg weight. Drop - Adjustable to 310mm or 450mm. The equipment is suitable for operation on 220 V, 50 Hz, Single Phase, AC supply.


RING & BALL APPARATUS
 Description:

This is apparatus is used to determine softening point of bitumen, Ring and ball apparatus is used to determine softening point. It is that temperature at which a sample of bituminous material loaded by a 9.5mm dia.-steel ball, drops at a distance of 25mm.

 Specification:

The apparatus consists of steel bracket with a sliding plate support.

That support has two holes of 10mm dia. on which a Ring and Ball guide can be kept.

A central Hole on this plate is for inserting thermometer.

Supplied with a glass beaker approximate 8.5cm I.D., 12cm high and a hand stirrer and 2 nos. 9.5mm dia. steel balls.
