CT SCANNER
 Description:
A CT (computed tomography) scan uses special X-ray equipment to take multiple images from different angles around the body. A computer then processes the information from the images and produces an image that shows a cross section of the area being examined. To help visualize the process, imagine looking at one end of a loaf of sliced bread. If you pull a slice out of the loaf, you can see the entire surface of that slice, from the outer crust to the center. The body is seen on CT scan “slices” in a similar way, from the outer skin to the central part of the body. The exam produces multiple slices showing multiple views of the area being examined. The “slices” can be displayed on a video monitor and saved on film for analysis.

MRI AND NMR
Description:
The NMR is our highest field MRI available and accommodates 40 and 60 mm coil sizes. The 1 T field improves resolution and sensitivity to fully characterize healthy and diseased states of the major organs. Analytical Technologies Limited’s analyzing and imaging software enable researchers to obtain a larger range of MRI images faster and more reliably. The hardware/software solution is rugged and durable, permitting novice users to acquire images using the most advanced protocols.
Advantages:
High resolution (< 80 µm) gives remarkable image quality
1 T magnetic field with high homogeneity and minimal eddy currents
Permanent magnet means no maintenance costs, no cryogens, no liquid helium required
Multiple protocols, SE, FSE, GE, and more
Small chassis means installation can be close to laboratory facilities where it is needed
Applications:
Tumor Screening and sizing
In vivo drug treatment evaluation
Relaxation analysis
Modeling of contrast agent specificity
Diabetes and obesity studies
Vascular evaluation

MICROPLATE SPECTROPHOTOMETER
 Description:
This is a compact microplate spectrophotometer that combines modern touch screen technology with excellent performance for UV-Vis measurements in 6- to 384-well microplates, cuvettes and in micro-volume samples with the available plate. No need to worry about limited onboard software, since it comes with full function software, ready to read and analyze data at the touch of a few buttons! For maximum versatility, it can read from 200 nm to 999 nm in 1 nm increments for single, dual and multi-wavelength measurements in end point and kinetic read methods. Spectral scanning and well area scanning add to the system’s wide-ranging application capabilities. For cell-based and other temperature sensitive assays, it 4-Zone incubation to 65 ºC reaches an even broader range of applications. A variety of data output options are available, including WiFi, Bluetooth and a USB ¬ash drive, making it a fully contained microplate spectrophotometer workstation.
