FLOW TABLE
 Description:
Flow Tables are commonly used in the laboratory. The equipment is utilized for the purpose of ascertaining the flow of consistency and for preparing the standard consistency mortars for testing. The percent increment in the diameter of a conically-molded mortar is determined as the flow. 
 
Specification:
The Flow Table comprises of a brass table-top 250 ± 2.5 mm dia, which comes mounted on a solid stand. The table top is reinforced with equally disposed ribs andallowed to conical brass mould 100mm I.D. top dia. and 50mm high.   
 

FLOW TABLE MOTORIZED
Description:
Flow Table motorized is designed for the purpose of ascertaining the usability of the Portland Cement Concrete.
Specification:
The top of the Flow table is 76.2 cm dia, and it has been fabricated using solid brass casting. The integrally cast ribs have been designed for giving support and strength. The stand is made using cast iron and is of build strongly.
The ground and the steel cam are designed such to drop the table using an electric geared motor by 12.5 mm dia. It can be operated electrically to uplift and drop the top of the table, at least 15 times in 15 seconds. The Flow Table is suited for operation A.C supply, 50 cycles, and 230 Volts and is supplied with two handles of height 12 and 17 cm and one conical mould.
 

MORTAR MIXER
 Description:
It is used for mixing cement pastes, mortars and pozzolanas. 
Specification:
The apparatus consists of an epicyclic type stainless steel paddle imparting both planetary and revolving motion, by means of gears.
It has two speeds of 140+5 r.p.m and 285+10 r.p.m with planetary motions of approximately 62 r.p.m and 125 r.p.m.+ 10 r.p.m. respectively.
The stand of the mixer has arrangement to raise for lower the bowl.
Complete with stainless steel bowl of about six liters capacity. Suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 cycles, single phase, A.C. Supply.
 

LABORATORY CONCRETE MIXER
 Description:
The Laboratory Concrete Mixer is used for preparing Mix Design of Concrete. It consists of a steel vessel of 55/ 110 litres capacity, mounted on a frame. The vessel is rotated at 20-22 RPM with the help of a motor and a pulley arrangement. The vessel of laboratory concrete mixer can be titled to any angle by a hand wheel and counter weight. This facilitates mixing and discharge. Blades are provided inside the vessel to mix the material thoroughly. The large pulley wheel facilitates manual rotation of the drum during power failure. The drum, pulley wheel, and motor, etc, are mounted on a steel frame in these laboratory concrete mixer.
 
Specification:
The vessel of our motorized concrete mixer is fitted with the ½ HP motor with the power capacity of 220V 50Hz AC supply with single phase steel vessel has the capacity to consist 55/110 liters. The vessel pulleys rotate at the speed of 20-22 RPM. This machine consists of the following facilities:
 
The steel vessel is fixed with a frame for the convenience of its movement along with a pulley. The vessel is connected with a motor to rotate with the power supply.
There are blades inside the vessel to mix the ingredients of the concretes accordingly. The blades are quite appropriately sharp for serving the purpose.
There is a large manual wheel along with a pulley to manage the work in case of power failure.
Drum Material Cast Iron, Mixing capacity 2 cubic feet, Motor capacity : 0.5HP.
 

ASPHALT & CONCRETE FLOOR SAW
Description:
Drive by Diesel/Petrol/Kerosene Engine, Diamond wheel of 300mm dia., suitable for a cut of depth upto 100mm is supplied with standard outfit. The trolley on which the engine is fitted also has a water tank which supplies a stream of water to keep the cutting blade cool during the operation.
 
Adjustment to control depth of cut is also provided. A safety Guard is provided over the diamond wheel.
